Guess who is a vendor at this fabulous market?

When I say "fabulous," I mean "FAB-U-LOOOOUUUSS!"

Really, they have awesome unique stuff.  This isn't your normal boutique kind of thing.  This is worth going too.  Plus...as a vendor, I don't have to sit at a booth, drop it off and we are done.  Really, it's like a mini Etsy Market but reasonably priced.  I do love buying Local!  Who wants to makes a ladies day out of it?!

Previous post with some pictures from last year...here.

station 22

you guys.  this place. was. awesome.

sugar waffles with maple chicken and bacon (the mama ordered this.)

burger with roasted peppers and homemade fries (sister ordered this.)
all smelt and was delicious!  my food took a little longer and as a breastfeeding mama, i was starving.  hannah pointed out how i wolfed it down. . . it was a ratatouille sandwich.  it was wonderful.

they claim to have the state's largest soda pop menu.  eighty something...

this was the mama's reaction to the "cups."

as you can see, everything is different, yet worked so well together!  all the silverware, chairs, mason jars were all different!  as a thrifter, i'm sure they took out all the good stuff at the local shops.

they even used pallets to decorate the walls...(it's a current obsession of mine)

while i'm not a huge pop drinker...i saw the lavender and thought i'd better try it.  not super sweet and it was just right!  i did try some of the butterscotch beer...it was extremely butterscotchy and i liked it!

so on the way to the bathroom we found a surprise!  look at all the variety?!  we had to buy a couple to bring home to the husband, as he considers himself some sort of master of root beer.

julia childs even made a debut

i can't even tell you how much i loved the looks of the place.  before we even got our food we knew it was awesome because of all the little details in the place.  they even used twine to tie the napkins.

kind of wish we had taken a better picture of our waiter.  he was super "chill" (as hali would say) and they all dressed like newsie boys!

so next time in provo...be sure to stop at Station 22 Cafe.
corny...why yes, yes, i am.

Provo Tabernacle Temple

while down in provo last week, we decided to stop and see the new Provo Tabernacle Temple.  it burned down a couple years ago and they are remodeling it.  the husband was telling us how it was on stilts...so we had to check it out in real life!

being a construction management gal...i can't even tell you how crazy this is. . .or how crazy expensive this is!

still blows my mind away!

Bijou Market

recently, i've been an instagram stalker.  i know, i know, i am way late into the game, but i just can't help myself.  pictures are so much more exciting to me! anyways, so i started following this gal Emily Frame who started this market.  it was a bunch of Etsy like ladies selling in one place! so there i went and made my mom and sister come as well.  baby girl and the husband decided to hang out at home. i think it was well worth the trip to provo.

i have a thing for wooden toys and now that i have a baby girl...it's even worse!

i bought aiko this for her 6 month half birthday.  it's a twirly thing.  for some reason the name of this toy eludes me at the moment.  (thanks heather for the idea and excuse to buy it!)

aren't these sooo pretty!?  make me want to break out my stain glass stuff i got years ago

i've been looking for a clock...and this shop almost had me.  i loved all the shapes, but i just couldn't find the right one still.

this almost, ALMOST, makes me want to start baby girl on solid foods.  i bought them for a later date.  i tried to go more "girlie" and still ended up with blue and orange.  when my husband saw them he said "why did you buy super mario bibs?"  i can't believe i didn't even think that.

i'm usually a million miles away from any kind of doll, but i REALLY wanted to buy the little lady one of these.

two of my favorite things.  1. felt.  2. big felt!

can you even believe the crazy, crafty people out there?! i am just amazed.

i can't wait until i can buy a little book bag for her!

super fun!  i even saw the infamous emily frame...but i chickened out and didn't say hi.  so for now...i'll always be just a instastalker
