road-trips are so much different now. instead of cb radios and ten foot antenna's hanging on the car, we now have iphones. which, creepily shows where everyone is. the lucky kid still in salt lake would be the husband. he got to fly.
we haven't taken a road-trip as a family in many years, and we were still missing 3 people.
aiko did pretty well, a lot better than i did.
when we finally reached california, we wanted to find something unique and delicious. the salted pig had over 600 reviews...so naturally, we decided to try it.
it was delicious. i gobbled everything up before having a chance to take a picture of the lovely food.
