Ogden Temple Open House

Last week, we were able to go to the Ogden Temple Open House.  It was beautiful.  Thanks for inviting us Roxanne!

Last week was crazy.  We were going to Iowa to see my Grandpa before he died...then we turned around and then didn't go.  Then we were going to go.  It was just a hectic, sad time.  Walking through the temple brought some calm into the storm.  Once we got to the celestial room, I was overwhelmed with a sense of peace.  I knew everything was going to be okay, and that Grandpa would be home soon.

Love this little family of mine!

Bees Game

The Husband's office had their summer party at a Bees Game.  We'd never been to a game yet, so we were excited to go.

One moment she is quietly cuddling, only to turn into this crazy child whipping her head about.

She kept pointing at the sky and say "Airplane!"  I had to explain to her that dragonflies were not the same thing.

Luckily, it was a pretty cool night.  While we didn't get to stay for the whole game, it was still a fun family outing!

Welcome to the Selfie section of this blog.  Yes, Aiko really is that chubby.  Yes, little brother is that pale and smiley.

Random photo after we got home.

Yes, little brother can almost hold onto his bottle.  Adorable right?!

A few missed Reunion Photos.

I found a few random photos from our Family Reunion the other week.

My child's favorite part was not the bouncing or going down the slide, but going in and out of the exit.  Falling out was her favorite way to exit the bounce house.

I realize there are a bunch of Aiko, but really, you need to look at the other kids' expressions.
Like little cousin Corbin on the top left.

Or little Nixon on the top left again.

Pure chaos.

I'll admit, I feared for every child's life at some point.

But in the end, no one was seriously damaged and it was quite hilarious to watch.
